We are private Society and only collect personal information from our members. The Public may visit out website and look at our public pages, but we do not collect any personal information from visitors and they can not see any of the personal information collect from our members.

While using our website, your IP address may be logged, when you visit our website. Your IP information allows us to understand how you use our site and to enable us to make changes to our site to improve your experience. Information regarding your computer, your connection to our website and your user history (including, but not limited to, you session information, page errors and the length of your visits to specific pages within our website may also be collected.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Only members may leave comments or see the private pages that list items for sale or exchange.

Media

Only members can upload media files.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users/members that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
